Add a mapping source that can be synced to bpm/host.
The Ramp can be synced - see "ramp clock" parameter.

:dog:

Completely missed that. Thanks.

Bazille is your best guy, for us, love it. But it looks too old and needs to be improved.

How do you mean "looks too old"? It comes with two different skins. :)

Yeah, GearPorn is the way to go! 8)

A feature request for all u-he synths (especially DIVA):

Instead of two Glide-Modes (time and rate), I wish DIVA had more of them, because linear glide modes sound unnatural in my ears.
I believe that is because players of acoustic instruments like strings, guitars and wind instruments can't perform a linear glide. At the start and the end of a glide with these kind of instruments is never a cornerpoint. There is always some kind of smoothing at these cornerpoints.

Some Softsynth do have four modes:

time (linear)
rate (linear)
time (exponential)
rate (exponential)

But none of these softsynth I tested doesn't produce in these exponential modes the results that I find natural to play.

I hope that a one of several curves, which are in each case a differnt mix of linear and exponential, will do what I want. They all start exponential, switch to linear and switch back to exponential.
I've attached a visualization to compare a linear curve, a exponential curve and two kinds of mixed curves to explain about what I am talking.

So I wish DIVA would have eight or more glide modes:

time (linear)
rate (linear)
time (exponential)
rate (exponential)
time (exp/lin1)
rate (exp/lin1)
time (exp/lin2)
rate (exp/lin2)

I suggest that the curve "exp/lin1" should have the switch point from exponential to linear always after the pitch increased or decreased one semitone and the switch point back from linar to exponential always one semitone before reaching the final pitch.
The curve "exp/lin2" should have the switch point from exponential to linear always after the pitch increased or decreased two semitones and the switch point back from linar to exponential always two semitones before reaching the final pitch.

.. in addition, maybe selective randomness in the amount and curve.

Real acoustic pitch bend is not consistent.

Feature request regarding MIDI control slew:

Raise the effect of MIDI control slew, when parameter changes drop under a certain speed.

The pitch bend of my keyboard has a 7 bit resolution. I prefer for up und down pitch bendings a 7 semitones setting. With MIDI control slew set to "slow" I hear distinct steppings in the pitch when I lower the speed within a pitch bending movement (when the speed of value changes are under 5 per second).

oops i posted a new topic but i'll paste here too:

Ok so i'm running into an issue when creating a bank of techno loops.
Most of these loops contain comb filters and SB (is that sideband?) being triggered by a very low pitched osc (more or less a single click per kick) and involves morphing to alternate versions of the loop with Y1.
Now creating the perfect sound from these modules requires a lot of fine tuning of certain parameters and then i need to set 3 or 4 targets for Y1.
This takes a lot of experimentation to find a morph path that sounds good at every point in Y1's path, and i often find myself having to switch off one of the targets to find a problem in one of the others.
Well, obviously, as switching off a target involves either double clicking to zero, or reassigning that slot to none, it's a very painstaking process and i'll often spend so long fixing or fine tuning something, i forget the original settings.
Now i know i could go old school, and write down the settings before i reset, but i was just thinking, wouldn't it be awesome if i could just click a little bypass button for each of the targets, and carry on working with no stress?

So here i am politely asking you to consider this in a future update. There is plenty of space in that 8 slot panel for individual bypass, and if it's an easy thing to do, would speed up my workflow dramatically!

Thanks for reading

Indeed bypassing mod matrix slots and XY pad slots could be pretty useful.

Yes ! It's so elegantly solved already in Hive, use it all the time, Zebra would deserve to get it.

What has to be improved? More precise perhaps would / could help :D

"Looks old"? Man you are watching colored pixels in certain formations on a flat screen-surface. Nothing more. Maybe you think it looks old, whatever that may mean...but these pixels...no matter how they make you feel doesn´t make the sound of Bazille :hihi:

I posted a kind request almost 3 years ago in this thread :)

ONE INSTALLER TO RULE ... ÄH ... INSTALL THEM ALL :hihi:

Plain installer. No authorization-server-service-center-like stuff. Keep it simple (at least to begin with :D )

Edit: My suggestion already works like that.
