The True Drive 1 is back in stock at Thomanns - still cheap!

Mine is on the way - I orderd it last Fri, and it was "out of stock" for a while (thanks for the heads up khanyz - on the "no chat" thread) - but now on it's way

Thomann has deals on Friedman Tube pedals. Not a no-brainer and I have no clue about them. Fuzz Fiend looks interesting though. Tube voltage is 220V.
I posted them in the bargains thread.

I miss MindPrint. My TRIO needs a big brother.

Ouch, I keep forgetting Norway isn't in the EU, almost €79 import duty on my Fabrikatcptgone wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 6:47 pm Pladask Elektrisk has a limited stock of Fabrikat (and Matrise) pedals right now.
Considering how some people are still on the waiting list, this can be considered an opportunity. Last time I checked, the only way to get one was by attending an electronics course in Norway!

My Chase Bliss Blooper arrived, it's impressive. A creative looper, in CB's format with 2 added arcade buttons/LEDs in the front panel. I haven't even tried the effects yet, just had some fun in Normal Mode, and saved my first 3 attempts (there's room for 16 presets).
Had a few WTF moments: the Dry Kill dip switch was somehow enabled (customs' work? crazy default?), and later on I forgot for a sec I had my Montreal Assembly Count To 5 creative loopy pedal running in front of it.
My b-stock pedal board arrived, it now snugly houses my FSU pedals. It's inclination makes for easy access. Looks neat too, my living room is turning into a spaceship's cockpit lookalike. And I can still open the door to the stairwell wide enough to slip through
Next on my wish list: a discounted cheap buffer, to counter tone suck.

Thanks jbraner, at that price I couldn't resist. They sold out in days. Haven't tried it yet, I may even wait until I find another cheap pedal board, as I've run out of pedal board real estate for OD pedals.

I bought a buffer pedal.
A b-stock Fender Level Set buffer with built-in lighthouse, to warn ships off as you balladeer sirens.
Seriously, that white LED is a blinding piece of psycho-acoustic technology: disabling one's sight enhances one's hearing senses, canceling out the tone suck.

if he turns them all on and strums a chord, the lights at the eu headquarters go out for a few seconds.

You've gotten soft. There are so many places you could have gone with "tone suck".
Curious, once someone has gotten used to the sound of 40 pedals in series, does it sound wrong when they plug directly into the amp?

btw, this will be my next pedal. A 1963 Deluxe was my main amp for most of my gigging years and this sounds just like it:

you mean "no pedals at all" as in "zero"?
you mad bro? no one does that in 2020!
i honestly dont remember the last time i did that?
always have at least a fuzz or od, then one modulation in to one reverb/delay. at the least!
(tbf ive always said that as a guitar player im a great sound designer )
