Using Bitwig 2.4.3 on Xubuntu 18.04, and setting Hive2's scale from 130% to 100%, then minimizing the UI and bringing it back, the size will still be at 130% and not the previous 100% as it was set. It's the same for ZebraHZ 8256.
UPDATE: I've set the default size to 100% in the parameters. It seems to have 'awaken' the remembering portion of it as now setting the scale to 130%, minimizing, and bringing it back will have the new temporary size remembered. Works also for ZebraHZ.

That's actually a quirky little known issue in our framework. 
It happens only when you choose the 100% size from the right-click menu (all other sizes are fine).
If you then close and reopen the GUI it will falsely open with the size set in the preferences.
