Princess Koto Kaguya Now Not Working

To Tech Support,
I downloaded the Princess Koto Kaguya Update, and put it in my Princess Koto Kaguya folder…It replaced the old folder …Now when I open the plugin for 13 and 17, there are no sounds, but the Kontakt keys are colored…(see attachment ) In Phrases, there are sounds, but nothing is seen in the window..
Please help….

Tech support team may already have contacted to you, but please do not over write whole sample folder. We need to over write some files in folder as instruction. Thank you.
