Not many users are aware of this but you can save phrase generator presets, that you can use later.
E.g. make a monophonic version of Generic Generator, or another one with full polyphony with your choice of rhythm generator. That is you can customize a phrase generator and store it in the phrase browser.
So make a modified Chord Generator, or any other phrase generator:

Step 1: Prepare the phrase
Add a new phrase generator, and make adjustments to its properties. Apply the changes.

Step 2: Save the preset
Right click on the phrase, and among the actions locate "Save Selected Phrases"

Step 3: Your custom phrase generator is available in the browser:

Awesome.

I notice it doesn't save the generated history. Though I can just save each generation I guess as a separate phrase or preset and create a folder. I'm wondering if having it in one preset phrase in the library is more useful. When I am using the phrase I can quickly scroll through the history for experimenting in the composition.

I just learned about 'chain' switch. So these pretty much for the most part provides the desired functionality I describe above.

Sorry. I am new to to RC and trying to get up to speed as quickly as possible.
