Is There Any Way To Edit Nora's Theme Color?

I would like to make Nora's theme a lighter color. Is there any way I can do this? Thanks.

Options/Enable developer mode...
then click Options again to see extra settings: Color, Font, Image etc. editors..

Thank you so much man! I totally missed that. I was so bent on the fact that it had to be done externally. It's even in the freakin' manual. I'm messing around with it, and it's pretty cool. I can't figure out how to edit the icon images though, but for now it works out to be able to edit the colors and the fonts. Thanks again!
