Strumming patterns?

I'm considering Nora for my arpeggiator needs. Would it be able to create realistic guitar strumming patterns? I'm using Karma on my Korg M3 for this now.

It is possible making them using the ALT key to move the notes (or groups) manually. I did the one in the screenshot using it.
