Problem with setting relative timbre Y number to 0 on startup, holding "Relative" doesn't show any menu

Hello!
Enjoying my Linnstrument, such an amazing piece of hardware
I have a problem and I hope it doesn't come from the hardware.

I want to set the "timbre Y" per-split setting to relative but starting to 0 instead of midway. The manual says I need to hold the "Relative" button but on my (updated) linnstrument, it doesn't show any menu.
Holding the button "CC74" works for exemple, I can change the CC value as intended, but no success on the "realtive" pad. What could I be doing wrong?

Your description suggests that your LinnStrument is not running the current version 2.2.1 software. You can check the running version in Global Settings > Actions column > OS VERS.

Thanks! Well I thought I updated it yesterday but It seems I had a problem in the process and the new version isn't installed, will try again
