Please Help a Newbie Understand What Is/Isn't Possible

At some point I've also thought that the Linnstrument would do for a good clip-launcher. I was also very happy to see there was a sequencer built in and cc-controls and split view.

To be honest, in the short time I've had the Linnstrument, I'd barely used these functions. Yes, I've tried the sequencer and yes, I think the faders in split view are a great way of manipulating sound in real time while playing. But what the Linnstrument allows me is to just play. With a proper set up, I have all manipulations capabilities at the tip of my fingers.

I was having trouble with timber. I couldn't make it work, was too unpredictable but since I learnt to set relative mode to 0 I think I'm all set to have a good time. I also like clip launching, giving Bitwig a second chance, but I think I'd rather had another control just for this than using the Linnstrument.
