Ugly noise using Studio I/O panel

Hello!
I use Studio I/O panel for setup multiple reference monitors on my studio.
The issue I found is when I switch from on speaker to other, ugly noises appear in the output of the sound card.
The chanels 1 & 2 output never output noise, but any of the other 6 output of my Tascam 16x08 out noise.
I already test with other sound cards and always is the same.
The only way to prevent this happen, is mute the master, switch of reference monitor, and then un mute the master.
I test the latest beta and also happen.
There is some workaround to this bug?
Where report bugs?

This is a great feature for setup multiple reference speakers on studio, multiple out headphones, etc.
Is really sad not work ok.

Its been there with 2.4.3 as well

and maybe older versions.
