I'm very new to the concept of "processing" music, as in, the notes as opposed to the sound. So, any and all tips for experimentation are sought. Thank you kindly.

Changing or generating? Jesus, where to start... There are eleventy-billion ways to manipulate note in bitwig. Here's my tip, get a generator like Riffer, bitwig lacks a generator.

parameters like speed, steps, notelenght, pos or velo. variance, midi channel, transponsing , pattern number changing (4layes/8patterns) steps number etc. can be automatized (modulated) from BWS

MIDI mapping is quite full in it

Let them finish the DAW first before adding gadgets other dev's do better anyway.

One question, though - does it accept MIDI input, for example to change the root note for the chosen scale? How many of its parameters are automatable?
