Spire 1.1.9 Not Showing in Ableton Live 9.7.2

I have reinstalled Spire 1.1, removed, repaired, and re-scanned at least 5 times and though the VST is in the folder. It is showing elsewhere but can't figure out what is going on.

Rolled back to 1.1.8 and now it's working again.
