5kb/s Download for AGLP Installer

I have Win 10 and tried the download twice, each time the download is at 5kb/s...I also got AGSH and that download was just fine. I *could* wait it out but it seems like something the company may want to look into....

I have that library already installed, but for testing purposes, I tried downloading the first 1GB of the file (AGLP_Library_Installer_22QUJD.zip) three times and each time I was able to download the first 1GB in about 20 seconds, but I have a 200MB download connection thru Spectrum. The point is that the pipe between the server and my device is capable of high speed download and is not indicative of an issue with Ample Sound's file, server or connectivity.
