Hi,How do I do to get right string select if I want to have 2 notes on different string on the same time? E.g. C on 5th string band 3 and E on 2th string band 5.

Thanks for asking, you can set a correct capo - e.g. you can get C2 on A string and 3rd fret, and E3 on B string and 5th fret within capo 2.

Or play string force notes. correct capo setting would be more easy.

Thanks! Another question, where can I get a full installer of my Guitars? Both My Licenses and My Installer only gets updates?

You will find a button \ menu - send full installers to my registered mail, or the first page of user area.

Or simply send mail to service@amplesound.net to ask download links.

You also can do it in MIDI guitar mode, turn it on in setting panel, then MIDI channel 1 - 6 control strings 1 - 6, play a C2 in channel 5, the note will be on the A string.
