AGF2 failed to load (ProTools)

AGF2 and AGT2 failed to load because they are not valid 64 bit AAX plug-ins.
Is there anybody familiar with it?
Pro Tools 2019.6
Mac Pro OS 10.12

Thanks for asking, Ample Guitar v2 just is valid 64bit AAX plugins, is there any error report?
