Ample Sound

Hello Folks,
I love this Ample Sound upright bass virtual instrument. I was looking within this interface and I don't quite understand how I can get this instrument to respond to a stream of MIDI pitch bend commands. On the interface, there is a pitch wheel you can spin with a mouse but that doesn't help. Just looking for real time midi response. Is there a way to configure it?

Are you using Studio One?
Please use ABU vst2 version instead of vst3.

Yes, using studio 1. I tried the vst2 version and it worked like a champ! Thank you!

FYI, I was having the same issue with Reaper. For some reason the midi pitch bends would only work if I had the ABU UI visible. Switching to the VSTi fixed the problem.

Same as above, VST3i versions of the instruments (guitars and basses) don't respond to pitch wheel and mod wheel automation in Reaper. VST2 works fine.

We did VST3 compatibility with Studio One, have not tried VST3 in Reaper, will do.
