Ample Cloud Drum is not working (PLZ Help!)

Whenever I load up the Ample Sound Cloud Drum VST it prompts me with the error message as follows, "Did not find settings file. It is abnormal. Please contact service." I haven't found a settings file in the places I have installed it to. Please tell me what the file name is of said settings file. Also, when I try to change the "Instrument Path" to even find the settings, it reverts back to saying, "FileNotFound". How would I make it stay in on a file path? Thanks very much.
