Acoustic Guitar 3 Library Installer Issue

When I try and set the path in "settings" to point to the "AGM Library" nothing happens and it never seems to retain the last path entered as well.
Also getting "SettingsFileLostError" on startup
and a banner saying that it can't get internet access.

Also I can see that it isn't making any entries in the Windows registry.
I also install AGML and that seems to work OK.
I do have internet access so I don't know why that message is coming up.

I can't get any sound from AGT III and AME III. The library path is correct. The instrument loads and even plays whatever sound i pick from the library. It just doesn't make any sound. I have tried the pc sound card and my Focusrite. Also as stand alone and in the DAW cubase 9. Does anyone have an idea what is going on. I have tried everything. uninstall reinstall. I just wont make sound???

The library install path is in an external disk?
