Playing note C5 mutes notes C3 & B2

Now this is a bizarre bug. My specs are as follows:

CPU - i7 6700k @ 4.0ghz
RAM - 32GB DDR4 @ 3000Mhz
GPU - AMD Vega 56
Motherboard - ASUS z170 Pro Gaming
Soundcard - Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro
OS - Windows 7 64bit
DAW - Studio One 4
VST - Ample AME

When I play the note C5, whether that be on my keyboard, moving a note on the paino roll, or playing the midi track in the DAW, notes C3 & B2 do not play. To undo that, I have to play note F2 to un-mute them.
