Hi I bought one of your products from someone but don't have an account as it's my first amplesound instrument. What can we do about this?

I've recently purchased a licence for transfer and they've passed my detail on to you but I haven't heard back yet. Is the process still the same?
As with the original poster I do not have an Ample sound account yet.
