AMG2 playback not working correctly - user error for sure

Hi

I was wondering if you could please help me with a problem.

When I click C1 in the Cubase piano roll, and then click and hold down C3 in the piano roll, it correctly starts strumming the first chord in the chord bank.

However, when I progarm those notes into the piano roll, and hit play in Cubase, it triggers the third chord slot in the chord bank (D1), and instead of strumming, it plays a single note.

I have no controller data programmed, and there are no midi inserts set up on the track.

Is there a setting something that I may have accidentally hit to do this? I've checked the Transpose whole chord bank setting, and that's set at C, and it's definitely set up as select mode, not detect.

Thank you for your support. Please check the chord setting when switching to chord 3. You can also send an email to us with the midi file attached, as well as the setting file, so we can help test it.
