How do I install LiveCut in Ableton 9.5?

Hello:)  Can some one tell me how to instal LiveCut onto Ableton Live 9.5? I dragged the LiveCut.vst into my VST folder and LiveCut.component into the component folder and scanned for VST's and I don't see it popping up in Ableton.  I also don't have any idea what Im doing:( thanks

Just a guess but 32 bit plugin in 64 bit version of Live? Try running Live in 32?

yes, it is 32 bit plugin.. use jBridger, or, you have to compile it yourself for 64bit sources are on github
