Credits screen does not disappear

There is a problem when clicking on the name KAIRATUNE displays a screen with the version information and credits remaining this screen does not disappear however the ESC key does not work and the screen remains active, this problem occurs in Abletron Live 9.1 32bit, Windows 7 64bit
