I am not that easily impressed by current reaktor builders , but this guy does it right
He modelled , the juno ,jupiter and alpha juno , instead of just slapping on a fancy gui (like the majority of juno ensembles are just using primary modules + fancy gui ) and calling it a day ..he went the extra mile , used the zdf filters etc...
These sound really really good , especcially the juno 106
Kudos

These are good synths people shouldn't sleep on them. Thanks for putting them back on spotlight.
ChroAlpha compared to ADM's Redominator has gentler and more polite filter. I'm not sure which is more accurate but I remember reading the filter on the original Alpha Juno was mediocre. Redominator has a nicer GUI and the advantage of being able to read sysex patches from the original.

I am bumping this topic since the developer really needs more love
The juno 106 emulation sound remarkably close to the roland cloud version , which has just a tad bit more resonance ,after a few tweaks it sounds indistinguishable from the cloud version
Needdless to say that the filters are zdf, polyblep osc's , utilising the latest top notch reaktor core stuff ..check it out it is a bloody great sounding synth ( it has exras like a supersaw etc , per osc pitch modulation etc)

Exactly, Filters are a bit inbetween both.v1o wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2020 10:38 pm These are good synths people shouldn't sleep on them. Thanks for putting them back on spotlight.

When i emulated my Alpha juno i took care of the most important factors wich were the oscilators. The filters have a specific mark wich i fed towards as much i could feed into it. Let's say the most factory compared presets sound exactly the same.

no experience with roland , i would say first is reaktor? it s a bit less articulated/ more rigid but in the other hand have more balls / depth, 2 things reaktor is good for
