Back into VCV Rack, but is it just me, the text on some modules look blurry/pixelated. Running VCV @ 1920x1080 and zoom @ 100%.

Looks fine to me. The text isn't drawn with subpixel rendering, so maybe that's why it looks blurry to you?

Coming in Rack 1.0: Core CV-MIDI sends virtual CV from Rack to MIDI output hardware, such as desktop synthesizers or Eurorack MIDI interfaces. Supports Rack's new polyphonic cables with up to 16 channels. Core CV-CC and CV-Gate send MIDI CC and note on/off commands to hardware.

It's actually not text but SVG paths. Subpixel rendering with OpenGL is an extremely difficult problem to solve and above my pay grade at the moment but still entirely possible. Here's the current implementation of the SVG renderer using nanovg and nanosvg. https://github.com/VCVRack/Rack/blob/v1/src/svg.cppEvilDragon wrote: ↑Sat Jan 19, 2019 11:00 am Maybe it's not a bad idea to add subpixel rendering as an option? Text doesn't really look very nice in the example that was posted.

Ah right, everything is vectors in VCV. I just thought if it's not a big deal to implement that option, why not have it, but apparently that's not the case, so it is what it is.

Wouldn't this be resolved if the author of the graphic just converted the text to 'curves' (outlines)?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but will there be an AU version when the VST version is released?

The current plan is "maybe". AU is more likely than VST3 and AAX though.
