Hi,
when I open kontakt 5 free player, Nylon Guitar is in DEMO mode...to activate it I need the serial number, but it was not given to me..how can I do?

That library needs full version of Kontakt, that's why it's in demo mode in the free Player. It's not a library licensed for use with Kontakt Player.

It is. It says "Required full retail Kontakt 4.2.4 +" right below the "Add to Cart" button.

There is no alternative I'm afraid. You can use the free Sennheiser DumMic'a library to for a crossgrade to the full version of Kontakt and NI still offers a $25 coupon. which would bring it down to $224.50. Or you could wait for a sale or pick up a used copy here at the KVR Sell&Buy forum.
