Diamond orchestra strings Gliss and Slide

I can not hear any gliss. or slides when using the strings. Is there something other than selecting Gliss or Slide that I should be doing?

Ah, I shall answer myself for the benefit of anyone else who needs this: I have found the manual and one simply needs to use the pitch wheel up for gliss and slide up and naturally down for moving to a lower note. This library is not dependent on overlapping notes as other libraries do. The slide or gliss also increases in speed by the amount of pitch you add. There done!
