How Best To Resave K H Files In Kontakt

Hello all,

I've been away for a while.

Due to a personal tragedy, I've been away from my DAW computer for almost 2 years, and am only starting to finally get back to it now.
Some of my files have been corrupted on my main OS SSD due to prolonged lack of use, but luckily, most have survived - including the sometimes finicky Cubase 8.0.4, which seems to have survived in tack and is in fact rock solid & stable - very impressed!

But I digress...

Anyway I'm confused on how best to re-save K H files once loaded into Kontakt 5 (or 4 as the case may be).

There are some different options, including Batch Save, etc.

Could someone either take a moment and explain the differences to me, or point me to an existing thread that already explains this.

It's taking a while to load some of these in, and I remember reading advice to re-save them, but it's been too long ago now to remember just what was the best way.
