[Solved] Can't Get Compressors Installed

Hi

I have bought the effects bundle on April, 3rd. After activation filters and pres did install but not the compressors. I have reinstall ASC several time, I m on Mac latest version and so far I cant get the compressors. How to do ?

that's very strange. Have you tried to contact our technical support?
This is the best way to trouble shout the issue.

I reported what sounds like a similar issue last week to Tech Support, and there are indications in the GS “3 Compressors” thread that others are having trouble. ASC seems to want to install itself over itself in the process. Unfortunately, Tech Support responded with a boilerplate message that presumes I was doing something wrong, when pretty clearly there’s a bug in ASC.

Yes I did contact the support and same answers, I have fixed the problem by deleting `/Library/Arturia/Arturia Software Center` and then reinstalled ASC. It looks like a configuration file issue, all is well installed now.
