How long does it take to transfer a license?

I was wondering how long license transfers take as I've had an outstanding request for 2 weeks now?

I did 2 about a month ago, transfer completed in just a few hours.

2-3 days for me (2 done in the last 3 weeks). They even did one for me a few hours ago.
