Hi!
Some of the encoders of my Arturia Beatstep don't work properly. About 5 encoders almost always 'jump' when I slowly turn them or it can even go in an opposite direction.
Could you help me puzzle out where the problem is? Does this issue concerns hardware or software?
p.s. Acceleration disabled. Firm version 1.2.0.3 (latest).
