TCS X64 vst 2 blacklisted in Cubase and fails to load in old projects in Studio One 3.5, any thoughts?

I've recently adjusted some Windows security and virtualization options, I could try a system restore or a recent backup.
Mercuriall cab has also started to crash on DAW scanning.

Is this Windows 10?
I can start testing to figure out what is happening. Cubase has been giving some problems lately, but not this one. Studio One typically plays nicer with plugins.
