License transfers are fine with me. The current EULA allows transfers, with the potential of a nominal fee. At this point, there really aren't that many transfers to justify any fee...so it is free.
You need to use the contact form on the LVC-Audio website. Just indicate the previous owner's email address and name, as well as the new user's email address and name. Then, a new license file will be generated.
