FR: beat lines in the controller editing area

In the midi editor, there isn't any lines for beats, fractions of beats etc. in the area where controller data is displayed and edited.
Why not extend the lines from the note editing area into the controller area? Without lines, it's difficult to adjust breath control data, which you have to do, if you have adjusted the timing of the note.

Even better would be if you could have an option where the controller data is moved when you adjust the timing of a note.
