problem with mute on waveform 10

currently on 10.3.1 and have a problem with the mute button
i muted a vocal track but when i un mute it all i get is really loud white noise and have to close down waveform and restart it to fix the issue, it has happened a couple of times and did actually happen before in the beta once.Also on mutes some times i record an audio track then when i mute it the
adjacent midi keyboard track does not sound, i can see the audio in the input level meter but no sound as if that is also muted , any ideas guys

Something like that happens to me when I mute or solo a track. The whole audio output gets distorted. It happens rarely so I'm not able to reproduce it reliably. Restarting the audio engine from within Waveform doesn't fix it but closing and restarting Waveform does. This started with Waveform 10.
Win10 1903, Dell G3, Invidia GTX 1050TI.

I'm experiencing both problems listed here but in WF11.
