only one channel

Hi,
after having created a project with some audio clips I started to record two additional audio tracks via 2X2 interface. The recording works as usual, but the output is only one channel.
Ich cecked it with the output of my macbook, but also only one channel audible. The macbook replays all stereo files in normal stereo.
When I render one mp3 file of my project it also gives normal stereo output, but everything I replay from the sofware tracktion 7 gives an output with one channel.
The master level also shows stereo!
I use tracktion 7 with macbook pro 2015 OS X10.10.5 (Yosemite). All older projects show the same problem.

Any Idea? Thanks for some help,

Try going to Settings > Audio Devices.

Select your output and make sure "Treat as Stereo Channel Pair" is selected.
