Waveform10: Moving panes

In Waveform9 you could move panes around, such as the browser pane by dragging the hide/show pane icon. But the hide/show icon no longer exists in Waveform10 and I can't for the life of me figure out how to move a pane around. I normally like the browser pane on the right of Waveform. I know it is possible in Waveform10, because when I upgraded from Waveform9 to Waveform10 it kept my browser on the right. But for a new install, the browser is on the left and I would like to move it to the right. Is this possible to do?

I figured it out myself. The browser can be moved to the right in the settings.
