tracktion 7

I was wondering if someone can help.
I have downloaded Tracktion, it looks amazing but I just cannot get any plug ins to work. I've done the scan and sort and got it to check all the usual folders but it comes up with non of the pre-installed plug ins at all.
I've tried everything and even downloaded other VST's and still no luck in getting T7 to 'find them'. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Are you sure you have the right version installed? 64 or 32bit.
