Waveform 8 option for grouping missing

When selecting mutiple clips in Wave Form 8, the "grouping option" in the properties panel is missing. See attached print screen. Any clue for a solution?

The clips have to be on the same track.
In the user guide it says "To create a Group clip,s elect the clips you want to group on a track. It doesn’t have to be a contiguous selection, but the clips do need to reside on the same track."

[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.
