I am reading through the entire thing myself and noted some typos and a couple of missing images. I will get an updated version out that fixes those in a few days.

I'm having problems with the contents page in Clearview on Mac - after chapter 22 clicking on the chapter headings to load them doesn't work (also the main contents page also only goes up to 22). In iBooks it loads fine but I prefer Clearview's interface and it's faster to load.

Would you send that issue to Leanpub support (hello@leanpub.com)? They are usually pretty good at looking into technical issues with the ebook rendering.

Excellent work! Thank you, this is going to be a huge help. I love the fact that it is a living manual, verses a printed hard copy that would be outdated and collect dust.

What country are you in? The prices are set to $9.99 Minimum and $29.99 in the US. I wonder if there is an exchange rate difference.

Ah! your link originally gave the advertised prices.
A refresh increased them.

I'm in the UK. It looks as though 20% VAT is added.

If I start a new 'private session' I see the lower price. I then refresh and cannot repeat, presumably due to caching.


I fully appreciate this is nothing to do with you Bill, but LeanPub's location detection seems a bit flaky on the first attempt.

Thanks for the feedback! There are many different types of markers in T6 so my goal with that chapter was to clarify what they are and how they differ. There are 3 missing images in that chapter that will be fixed in the next release of the book. Fortunately, they all related to "adjust markers" which I recommend staying away from anyway.
