I just installed acoustics premium, and have now lost the audiosuite and aax versions on protools.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that. What exactly is missing? Acon Digital Plug-ins that you previously had installed? Which Pro Tools version and OS are you using? The plug-ins no reside in a separate "Acon Digital" folder inside the plug-ins folder.
