Tx16wx old version in old Cubase

I know it's not the newest version of the plugin and I know Cubase SX2 isn't new either but I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get the plugin to run on SX2.
The problem is that there is no Midi output, that is to say, everything seems to work just fine but you cannot assign a midi track to this VSTi since it just doesn't show up in the list of available midi instruments (midi output devices, also VSTis are shown in this dropdown list) when it's loaded (it does however show up as a midi input device).
Any other vsti shows up in this list except for Tx16wx.
