Error Caused by Creating a Fade-in On the Wave Editor

Just what the title says; in this case I pulled in a wave file (96khrz, about 30-40 seconds long). I transient sliced it, turned them into their own waves. I edited a fade in for all of them. Later I tried to save the file and got an error (I'm posting a screenshot of it) saying that it couldn't delete one of the files.

I then used the undo button for a while and attempted to save again--this time it worked, and so I narrowed it down to creating the fades.
