Strange PB behaviour

When I want to start a pitch bend before the note starts (as seen below) I get a strange result.

Lets say the PB range on the program is set to 12 semitones. In my example the note will actually start at -24 and bend to -12 instead of starting at -12 and bending to 0. Once the note is released and pressed again the problem is gone so in my example the second note is OK.

This happens on OSX 10.14.1 running TX 3.0.17b but not on Windows10 running TX 3.0.14d. I upgraded to TX 3.0.17c on my Windows machine to check this and now it's also happening there so it appears this problem was introduced sometime between 3.0.14d and 3.0.17b

According to my testing if the bend happens after the note starts it works OK. It's just when the pitch bend comes first that this problem occurs.

Nasty little bug caused by the fixes to other modulator modulation. Fixed in 3.0.17d.
