Sampling in Logic X

Hello!
My DAW is Logic X. I’m trying to sample inside Logic, but I can’t see how to do it. I created an audio track for the input signal and routed it to Bus 1. I created an instrument track with TX16Wx. I tried any configuration with the input options on TX16Wx, also to use a sidechain from Bus 1. Anything seems to work.
Do anybody knows if is it possible?
