However, it's only true when both notes correspond to the same waveform. If second note is bound to another they will retrigger on both second note on and off.Mono and legato mode will not retrigger waveform, envelopes and LFOs when
reusing a note, but continue playing like if the note was actually "bent" to the new
note.

Not true. As long as the note is poly-stolen and the old note was not in release phase (i.e. key up), modulators are not re-triggered.
The samples will obviously trigger if they differ, though in RAM mode the playback will start at some roughly similar point post start iff mono-stolen. In DFD mode it always starts from zero.

Well, using RAM mode does the trick, may be it should be used as default, as DFD is incompatible with such standard thing as mono\legato ? But to be honest, it's looks like a hack for unexpected behavior.
Also there's a bug with DFD, when marquee selecting many regions (like multiple velocity layers per note) mouse become unresponsive for a second and then plugin becomes laggy, producing small chunks of sound every second trying to finish notes, and stays like this forever, sometimes crashing the DAW. It doesn't happen when using "select all" command, only when marquee selecting with mouse.
