Hello, hello!
I am using the most recent build. Today I set up a bank that had 6 or so regions made of matrices. I pitched shifted some of the higher ones using the same samples as I used an octave below (eg., I had a matrix for A3 and another for A4 using the same samples, but A4 was pitched an octave higher using the cell shift control in the matrix editor).
When I saved and opened the bank in another track some (not all) of the pitch-shifted notes went back down to 0. I noticed too that the asterisk next to the performance box did not go away even after I clicked save.

Just tested it out--works great. Thank you so much!
