License question

I purchase a license sometime ago and have a txl file, when I try to use it on ver.3 it won't work.

Do ver. 2 licenses work for 3 or will I need to buy a new one?

I was a early on donater and purchaser way back in 2011 for the donation and 2014 for the purchase

Version 2 licences are valid for version 3 as well. If your v2 licence is not recognized, it was probably not converted into the new system from the old. Send an email with the info in the licence (like which email address it was issued to) to support [at] tx16wx.com.
