Moving a narrow region

This is a suggestion to improve user experience when moving narrow regions (Lo-Key = Hi-Key) left/right in the regions editor.
The problem is, that you can't drag the region, because it's so narrow, that you'll never see the "finger" mouse pointer. You have to widen the region to at least 2 notes to be able to drag it.
Of course you'll have to narrow it down again after moving.
This use case is typical when editing drum maps.
In Versions 2.x it was possible to put focus on a region and just move it around using the left/right arrow keys. This shortcut seems to be gone in 3.x. It would be a pleasure if it came back.

Just on this note, it might be nice if when the cursor is over the vertical centre of the region it selects the hand and when at the top and bottom you use the sizing arrows.
This would be a godsend for drum maps.

Uhm, the mouse cursor already changes to size arrows/hand/normal depending on what you are over...

Not at the default zoom with a region that's one key wide. I have to zoom in, then I can use the hand, then zoom back out again.
The arrow keys are an option, but they require you to take your right hand off the mouse. Would be faster to drag it.
I've got a feeling something is up with the installation on my machine. Always on top makes no difference with child windows, and I've had a bit of other strange behaviour to do with saving Programs in channel slots - where sometimes it asks me if I want to overwrite the existing file, and sometimes it just saves as expected.

If you don't get a "move" hand, then the area painted simply is too narrow to be dragged. Either run in high DPI or zoom in.

Yes, exactly.
Hence my suggestion to fix this workflow slowdown:
When the cursor is over the vertical centre of a region it defaults to the hand and when at the top or bottom it defaults to the sizing arrows.
