I just bought TX16W and I'm trying to get round robin to work. I have 3 different samples I want to cycle through. Meaning I want to them to playback individually when I hit the same note. Any guides on how this is done? I could not find any information in the user manual.

I also wonder if TX16W has a built in resampler (like some other samplers has)?
When I import eg. a sampled guitar note and drag the region up and down the higher notes sounds like smurf notes and become shorter and shorter and the lower notes becomes longer and longer. How do I make it so all the notes get the same length?

Round robin: Section 6.2 (group switching) and Section 8 (wave matrix). Either can do what you are asking.
Re-sampling has two literal definitions: One is sampling existing content into new, the other is exactly what the TX (and most other samplers since the dawn of time) does: Play back wave data at a different rate to alter pitch. Non-speed altering pitch shifting is most commonly (?) implemented by phase vocoder techniques. TX16Wx v2 does not feature any such, but the upcoming v3 will.
(Teaser: v3 will also feature content re-sampling).

Hi. That is great to hear. Looking forward for v3.
I'm using Pro Tools 2018.4 on Windows 10 and hosting TX16W through BlueCatPatchwork.
It works ok but I wonder if there will be AAX support in v3?
Any news when v3 will be available?

{Prepared yesterday, but the forum was unresponsive)
Have a look at:

And, for the pitch problem, in the Keyboard Mapper, set the Scale to "Fixed" (User Guide 6.1.3.1):

v3 supports both AAX and VST3 (even though VST3 is a stupid format). Beta testing is scheduled to start as soon as I can finish the manual.chrisdee wrote:Hi. That is great to hear. Looking forward for v3.

Might be worth mentioning that the "smurf notes" method playing different notes is in many ways the purest and best sounding one as long as you don't require a large range, as long as you have quality interpolation. Which TX16 has.
